Dear Mr. Miller:
As you are probably aware, earlier this month, members of our Investigations Bureau charged and arrested 38-year-old Hector Delgado for the murder of his wife, whose body was found in a remote area beneath the Fred Hartman Bridge in Baytown in early October. The search for the victim and for evidence in the case, at one point, led us to extensive exploratory efforts in several locations both inside and outside the city, which included massive earth and debris-moving operations. While the body was actually discovered by a witness in the case prior to the completion of the search, the efforts of the EquaSearch members were a valuable resource to our mission.
With this in mind, we thought it appropriate to take a moment to extend our direct and personal thanks for making our job so much easier in such a complex situation.
