I want to let you know that I greatly appreciate the assistance Eccusearch has provided the Missing Persons Unit of the Juvenile Division of the Houston Police Department. It was as a result of attending the SAR Working Group meetings that I became informed about Equusearch. As the lieutenant over the Missing Persons Unit it has been my experience that Eccusearch responds promptly, conducts a professional search, and coordinates your activities with the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction. I have personally contacted Equusearch to request assistance in several cases and I know that Eccusearch has also been contacted directly by the families of missing persons. You have responded to cases of elderly persons with dementia, missing juveniles, and missing children.
As you are well aware time is of the essence when responding to reports of missing elderly, ill, and very young persons. I have been very pleased with the work of Equusearch.
