Dear Mr. Miller:
The Shiner Police Department would like to express our heartfelt and sincere appreciation and gratitude to you, your organization, and amazing volunteers. Even though our search for Thomas Flowers Jr. is not over, we are still grateful for your dedicated efforts and contributions of manpower, equipment, and technology to try and resolve our 23-year-old missing persons case. We remain hopeful that evidence will be brought to light, or someone will come forward with information that will allow Thomas to be found and bring justice to him, and closure to his family.
