Payas a second-year student a UHCL, was last seen in the early morning hours of February 9, 2025. Payas left his home near the 13000 block of Peony Meadow Trail in Houston Texas, in the Clear Lake Area. Payas was wearing a black shirt and red pants at the time of his disappearance. Payas was driving a gray 2015 Toyota Camry bearing Texas license plate JMB-7476. Payas’ vehicle was found nearly 5 miles from his residence.
