As a search and recovery organization, we know that the outcome is not always a happy one. Today, however, the search resulted in a successful and safe rescue—an outcome that may not have been possible without the swift response and dedication of everyone involved.

The missing person was located safely and transported to a local hospital for treatment.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all of the Texas EquuSearch volunteers who answered the call and gave their time during the holiday weekend.

We also thank the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for their outstanding assistance, collaboration, and partnership throughout the search.
