UPDATE: Human remains found in north Harris County, Texas on June 13th 2019 have been positively identified as being those of 22 year-old Luis Rangel. We ask that everyone please keep Luis’s family, his friends and his community in your thoughts and prayers during this most devastating time of their lives.
Original Post: 22 year-old Luis Rangel was last seen in the 8600 block of Jensen Dr. in Houston, Texas on May 16th 2019. His burned vehicle was later found in the 6000 block of Townsan Rd. in Humble, Texas. Luis was wearing a plain red shirt, blue jeans, black shoes with green shoelaces and a black Adidas hat.
