8/18/18: The Texas EquuSearch Ohio Chapter has recovered remains believed to be those of John Balsley, though proper identification still needs to be confirmed by authorities. Please keep the family and friends of Mr. Balsley in your thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
08/15/18 — John was last seen in the 7100 block of Mt. Nebo Road in Cleves, OH. He exited a vehicle and entered the woods, and told his girlfriend that that would be the last time she would see him. John was last seen wearing a gray Cincinnati Reds Shirt and shorts with the red & white Cincinnati Reds logo.
