ORIGINAL POST: 71 year old James Patrick Monroe was last seen leaving his home to walk the dog on the morning of October 18th at approximately 5:30 am. He was wearing a light blue Under Armour Armour warm up jacket over an orange T shirt and blue jeans or dark sweat pants with grey New Balance shoes. James has been diagnosed with dementia and sometimes has problems communicating.
