ORIGINAL POST: Ela who has Alzheimer was last seen at her daughter’s apartment near the 9100 block of Braesmont around 12:30 pm on 2/22/19. She took her daughter’s keys and wallet, went to the parking lot and has not been seen since. She is on foot and can walk very fast. She is wearing a green sweater, blue jeans and black slip on shoes.
