Original Post: 13 year-old Cherish James was last seen in the 1200 block of 21st St. N. in Texas City, Texas in August 23rd, 2020. Cherish was wearing was wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a red bandana. She has a round scar on top of her left foot.
