Update: It is with heavy hearts that we announce today that the remains of Charlie Hughes have been located and identified. Original Post: 62 year-old Charlie Hughes disappeared near the Nuevo Rio River in Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rica on August 3rd 2019. It’s not clearly know what color, style or type of clothing that Charlie was wearing. The rental vehicle that Charlie was driving has been recovered.
