69-year-old Carolyn Kay Riggins was last seen in Watauga, Texas on the evening of July 11th, 2020. She was thought to be driving her gold 2002 Lincoln Towncar (TX Plate: CGB 1453) that is missing 1 factory hubcap. Mrs. Riggins was wearing an olive top, mid-length sleeve, ankle length jeans and black closed-in shoes. She also has a scar/strawberry above her left eye.
