Original Post: The active search for 24 year-old Carlos Rios will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday – March 6th 2019. We will be in need of searchers on foot and ATVs. The search Command Post will be at the Higher Dimension Church, located in the 9800 block of Club Creek Dr. in Houston, Texas 77036. Please dress appropriately for the forecasted weather conditions, and some thick, muddy terrain. Please bring your own water and snacks if possible. 24 year-old Carlos Rios was last seen in southwest part of Houston, Texas on February 27th 2019. Carlos was wearing a gray short-sleeved t-shirt and blue plaid shorts. Carlos has a tattoo of the “Holy Death” on his right arm, between the elbow and the shoulder. He has a growth of beard on lower part of face around the lower jaw area, and a mustache. The beard and the mustache do not connect.
