Original Post: 41-year-old Allison Chapman Kempe was last seen in Fulshear, TX the evening of July 9, 2021. Allison was wearing jeans and a blue and white tank top at the time of her disappearance. Allison has shoulder length brown hair, and has a Chinese symbol, birds flying, and the word “John” tattooed on her front hip. Allison was last seen driving a white, 2020, Acura MDX with license plate NPM-2597, similar to the one in the photo above.
