ORIGINAL POST: 41 year-old Jose Luis Ruiz was last seen in the northern part of Harris County, Texas on November 5th 2019. Jose was wearing a blue & gray flannel sweater, a red & black shirt, dark blue jeans and blue/grayish shoes. Jose is Schizophrenic, but he also has issues with his physical medical health. Jose is not known to have any scars, marks or tattoos.
