10/26/17 — 46 year-old Kirk Plaisance was last seen in the area of South Kenner Rd. near River Rd. in Waggaman, Louisiana on October 6th 2017. Kirk’s unoccupied vehicle was found near that area. Kirk was last known to be wearing a red t-shirt and jean shirts. Kirk has multiple tattoos on his arms, legs and back of neck. He has a short, thin beard, and he is balding on top of his head.
