09/27/18 — Darwin was last seen July 11, 2011 in Tela, Honduras. He could be in Austin or Houston area at this time. Darwin was wearing long sleeve shirt with white stripes and blue jeans. He has the following tattoos web on his elbow, “Sonia” and “Norma” on sides of neck, Rosary tattoo around neck and chest.
