Dear Mr. Miller:
On behalf of the Hunter Family and the Mount Moriah Christian Church family, thank you for your life threatening efforts to recover the bodies of Richard, Jason and Kalin Hunter.
In the face of great odds your continuing efforts did not falter. You stayed with the task until the job was done. You were truly up against God-sized task.
Every thing possible went wrong the night of Wednesday March 14th: no power, dark, cold, windy, rain and in a drift out of control. I might remind you that even though Mother Nature was out of control, she does nothing with out first checking with Father God.
None of this took God by surprise! He knew how the accident would occur and when and where their bodies would be found. Our human efforts were appointed by God. And as feeble as they sometimes are, He is never caught off guard! The same God that allowed the rain, held it back during the recovery efforts on March 21 and 22d. When Kalin’s body was found, God let it rain.
Your week-long efforts helped put closure to a long stretched out season of suffering. Be encouraged in the Lord and know that your labor is not in vain.
If the MMCC family can do anything for you, please don’t hesitate to call me directly. Once again, I/we thank you!
Saved to serye,
John Rayford
