Dear Mr. Miller,
I would like to express my appreciation to you and the members of Texas Equusearch who recently participated in the search for a missing person. Mr. Todd Smith was reported as a missing person on September 29, 2008 and his body was discovered on January 17, 2009.
l was pleased to learn that the officers who participated in the investigation (Detectives Villareal, Young & Jernigan) as well as the other officers who participated in the search for Todd Smith had been courteous and professional to the participating members of Texas Equusearch. Furthermore, I was particularly pleased to learn that our officers had demonstrated compassion to the victim’s family throughout the investigation.
Our employees demonstrate great pride for their community and deliver superior service to all of the citizens of our city. I would like to express my appreciation to the members of Texas Equusearch who have volunteered their time and resources to assist the Pasadena Police Department and the citizens of Pasadena on numerous occasions.
