Dear Mr. Miller:
On behalf of Sheriff Bobby Rader of the Liberty County Sheriffs Department, as well as Captain Don Neyland and Sgt. Investigator Paul Lasco of the Criminal Investigation Division, I would like to personally extend our appreciation to you and your fine organization, Texas EquuSearch, for the search assistance you rendered to our department on April 13, 2013. The search for “human remains” in a very dense and overgrown forest area just off CR 332 in the north portion of our county was exhausting the available manpower of our department. Your immediate response to our request and the additional forty—four (44) searchers with six (6) ATV’s that you provided made it possible to expand our search operations and to do a more complete ground search for remains, as well as any possible evidence associated with the death of this unknown individual.
Sgt. Lasco mentioned several times to me how impressed he was with the professionalism, dedication and organized and methodical method in which the search teams conducted the search. Your Search Coordinator, Jack Boggess, kept the overall search operations very well focused and organized while Team Leader Eddie Arguijo kept the foot searchers directed and alert to any possible evidence that might be found. Team Leader Ron Overman also maintained a well disciplined and orderly “grid” search of the ATV’S which resulted in full coverage over a much larger search area.
As well as all your personnel worked on this search, it was the opinion of Sgt. Lasco, who was the Incident Commander and is the lead Investigator.

Liberty County Sheriff (Bobby Rader)
