On behalf of the Scott A. Freund Memorial Foundation, we would like to thank you for the services you have continued to provide for families around the country since 2000. The teams that you all have put together work tirelessly to bring closure to those families whose loved ones have gone missing.
This foundation that was started over two years ago when Scott went missing in Canyon Lake on February 13, 2010 and has been dedicated to helping other families going through the same nightmare. Because of your hard work and dedication to finding him, 2 weeks later, his family was able to bring closure to that horrible nightmare.
This year we were able to hold two fundraisers: Scales and Ales fishing tournament in April and The Scott A. Freund Memorial Golf Tournament in August. With these two fundraisers we have been able to make several donations to programs such as yours. As a foundation, our goal is to prevent another case like Scott’s from happening again. In the case that it does, we want to make sure that you have the equipment and funds needed for your mobile commands to help the family find their missing person. With this in mind, the Scott A. Freund Memorial foundation would like to donate $2,5 00.00 to your program. This donation is just a small token of gratitude for the hard work and countless time your team spends on searches.
