William “Billy” Perkins Cross, 52, Houston, Texas (1/18/2023)

52 year-old William “Billy” Cross was last seen on January 18, 2023, on foot near the 9400 block of the Southwest Freeway. At the time of his disappearance, Billy was wearing an orange shirt with designs, a black jacket with faux sheep shearling on the collar, blue jeans, and tennis shoes. Billy is in need of his medication and of his support group.
