Rosetta has not been in contact with family or loved ones and is believed to have been seen in the Downtown Houston area recently. Rosetta has a medical condition that affects her thought processes and her family is concerned for her health and safety. Rosetta has short, dark hair, wears glasses, is approximately 5′ 3″ tall and weighs approximately 155 lbs.
