42 year-old Robbey James Clayton was last seen near his home in the Houston Heights. Robbey is believed to either be on foot or could have taken a rideshare service to an undetermined location. Robbey is in a fragile mental state and has cognitive impairment as the result of a previous accident. He has a noticeable limp and a large scar on his nose. Robbey may be in a heightened state of acquiring a working cell phone. Robbey needs immediate medical attention.
