42-year-old Richard Babb, also known as “Man”, was last seen on his boat near Lake Amistad Dam in Del Rio, Texas on February 3, 2024. Richard’s boat has been recovered and the two passengers to whom he was giving a bow fishing tour have been recovered safely. Richard was last seen in distress near the back of his boat as it struck the dam and is believed to be wearing light-colored clothing.
