Melvin Garcia, 61, was last seen arriving at the Salvation Army near the 4300 block of Paisano Drive in El Paso, Texas on August 24, 2026, after being transported from the hospital. Melvin was last seen wearing green cargo pants, a blue polo shirt, and black shoes. Melvin suffers from multiple mental disabilities and may be confused and disorientated.
