20 year-old Faith Kepner was last seen in St. Cloud, Florida on April 19th 2019. Faith was wearing black shorts, a black sweatshirt with “LOVE” written on it, a pink T-shirt, and red Sketcher shoes. Faith is mentally challenged, has shoulder length brown hair, and is of light complexion.
