7 year-old Athena Strand was last seen near her home wearing a gray/black long sleeve shirt, blue jeans with flowers on the front pockets, and brown boots. Athena has pierced ears but was not wearing earrings and 2 red birthmarks on her lower back. Law enforcement believes Athena’s safety and health are in danger.
