Tammy Phillips received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. Retired from a successful sales management career at AT&T Advertising Solutions she began to pursue her interest in the nonprofit sector. After completing the Nonprofit Leadership program at Rice University Tammy knew she wanted to rejoin Texas EquuSearch and assist in taking the organization to the next level in terms organization structure, financial resources, and improved search operations.
Today, Tammy serves as Director of Business Operations and Board Treasurer.
