Dear Mr. Miller,
On Sunday, February 2,2003, we concluded a fourteen day effort to recover the bodies of two beautiful young kids, Kevin Young and Melissa Mercer, who were lost in a boating accident that occurred on January 19,2003, on Lake Livingston, Trinity County, Texas.
The unlimited resources, manpower, knowledge, and compassion that you and your group brought to our county during the search and recovery of Kevin Young and Melissa Mercer were overwhelming. As you learned, a small county such as ours is very limited concerning manpower and equipment. Without your assistance I don’t think we could have concluded the recovery as soon as we did.
The family and myself would like you to know your support did not go unnoticed and was sincerely appreciated.
