Thomas Dcosta, 46, went missing from the 16200 block of Buccaneer Lane in Houston, Texas 77062 on April 3, 2024 and may have been seen near the 1800 block of Houston Ave. the next day. At the time of his disappearance, Thomas was wearing a red t-shirt, gray pants, and black and white shoes, but he may no longer be wearing the same clothing. Thomas is described as a 46-year-old, Asian male, 6′ 1″ tall, and approximately 170 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes who may be suffering from depression, according to family. He is known to frequent areas in Southwest Houston.
