37 year-old Douglas Cordell Barnes’ abandoned gold F150 pickup truck was found near Lake Hartwell, south of Interstate Highway 85, near Lavonia, Georgia. Barnes was believed to have been wearing a t-shirt, jeans, and a camo baseball cap.
