Original Post: 70 year-old Richard “Burt” Ballanfant was last seen in the 3700 block of the Southwest Freeway in Houston, Texas on May 11th 2018. It is unknown what color, style or type of clothing that Richard was wearing. Richard was last known to be driving a red, 2017 Chevy Cruze with a Texas license plates HDL-3192, similar to the picture above. Richard has been medically diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, and he needs to be found as soon as possible.
