UPDATE: Paul Allen Brown, Sr., 83, Lake Charles, Louisiana

FOUND DECEASED (3/26/22): We are very saddened to confirm the passing of Mr. Brown. We extend our most sincere condolences to his family and friends and ask our supporters for their continued prayers as the family grieves his loss. On Saturday, Texas EquuSearch was on a search in Louisiana on a cold case…one that had been rescheduled many times. A couple of hours into our search, a family member reached out to Texas EquuSearch for assistance. Unbeknownst to them, we were 8 miles away from where Mr. Brown went missing. The detective of the case we were on immediately gave Texas EquuSearch the green light to assist and put us in contact with the detectives on Mr. Brown’s case. We extend our gratitude to Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office and are honored to have worked alongside such a dedicated and hard working team. Only God could have put us in the right place at the right time.

Original Post (3/26/22): 83-year-old Paul Allen Brown Sr. was last seen leaving his residence on foot near Corbina Rd. and Gerstner Memorial Blvd. (Louisiana HWY 14) at approximately 1:30 AM on March 26, 2022. He has short black and gray hair, brown eyes, dark-brown complexion, and a mustache. Paul was last seen wearing a gray striped shirt, gray pants, black belt, black socks, and brown Sketcher shoes. He may also be wearing a dark blue baseball hat. Paul A. Brown Sr. has dementia and a Silver-Alert has been issued.
