05/24/18 — We are very sad to report that human remains of Lucas Hernandez were recovered today. Positive identification has been determined by the Medical Examiner. Please keep Lucas’ loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. We will update this post as we obtain further information. We want to say a special thank you to the many people who have worked so hard to try and bring Lucas home.
03/16/18 — Texas EquuSearch has temporarily suspended our search for Lucas Hernandez, but our new Kansas members will continue the search on a smaller scale. We plan to return to Kansas to resume the search.
03/12/18 — Texas EquuSearch has returned to Wichita, KS to assist in the search for Lucas Hernandez.

03/05/18 — Texas EquuSearch will be TEMPORARILY suspending its search for Lucas Hernandez, but we will be returning in the VERY near future. We have been given some credible information on one of our other cases, and we need to act on this to try and bring another family closure. 02/28/18 — 5 year-old Lucas Hernandez was last seen in Wichita, Kansas on February 17th 2018. Lucas was wearing a gray t-shirt with a bear on it, black sweat pants and socks. Lucas is missing his top / front teeth, and he has silver caps on his remaining teeth. He also has a small scar on his upper / left abdomen from a prior medical procedure.
