SEARCH SUSPENSION NOTICE: The active search for 34 year-old Laura Read has been suspended.
UPDATE: The active search for 34 year-old Laura Read will resume at 9:00 a.m. on Monday – January 18th 2021. We will be in need of searchers on foot and ATV. The staging area will be in the front portion of the parking lot of the shopping center, located in the 1400 block of W. Gray in Houston, Texas 77019. All searchers must wear a CDC approved face mask, and all persons must maintain at least a 6 foot distance from other persons. Original Post: 34 year-old Laura Read was last seen in the 3300 block of Smith St. on January 16th, 2021 at approximately 7:00pm. It is unknown what type of clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
