Original Post: 42-year-old James Cody Cooksey was last seen in Newark Ranch subdivision in Newark, TX, Thursday evening at 9:45 pm. He was riding his purple Huffy 10 speed bike. He was wearing a white shirt, dark gray Khaki shorts and possibly grey tennis shoes. James has a large orange tiger tattoo on his back and side and a green vine tattoo around the bicep of his upper arm.
