11/30/17 — The active search for 20 year-old Isaac Dugue will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday – November 30, 2017. Isaac is special needs, and needs to be found as soon as possible. The search Command Post will be located at the Iglesia Del Nazareno Church, located at 4410 Averill St. in Houston, Texas. We will be in need of searchers on foot & ATVs. 11/30/17 — Isaac Dugue, age 20, was last seen on November 29, 2017 near his home in Houston, TX. Isaac is non-verbal. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, gray shorts, and black tennis shoes with red and white stripes.
