Original Post: 74 year-old Herbert Haines was last seen in Livingston, Texas on January 7th 2021. Herbert has been diagnosed with Dementia & Diabetes, and it is urgent that he be found quickly. Herbert; a Viet Nam veteran, was wearing his black Viet Nam veteran’s cap. Herbert is driving his red, 2008 Chevrolet HHR similar to the one pictured, and the vehicle has Texas license plates of KCH3051.
