Ground Search Activation: The active search for 33 year-old John Norgan, Jr. of Dickinson, Texas will begin on Monday – October 31st 2016 at 8:00 a.m. We will be using the Texas EquuSearch office as our Command Post, and the office is located at 3901 Dickinson Ave. in Dickinson Texas 77539. The office is behind the Dollar General Store. We will need searchers on foot and ATVs. John was very helpful to Texas EquuSearch recently; when he assisted us in recovering a missing boy’s body in Dickinson Bay. Original Post: 33 year-old John Norgan, Jr. was last seen in Dickinson, Texas on October 29th 2016. John was wearing a gray, button-up Hurley shirt, two-tone gray shorts and gray shoes. John has a mustache and goatee, and has multiple tattoos.
