UPDATE: The search for 35 year-old Krislyn Gibson and 35 year-old Sidney Taylor has now been “suspended” until information becomes available that leads us to activate another search. All of areas of concern were thoroughly searched, and nothing significant, or relating to this case was found. Investigators with the Austin Police Department and Houston Police Department are working long hours and very diligently to gather leads and information on this case. If more credible information becomes available to investigators, and another search is needed; it will be posted on our website at www.txeq.org Thank you to everyone that came to Bear Creek Park to search for Krislyn and Sidney.
SEARCH UPDATE: The active search for Krislyn Gibson and Sidney Taylor will resume on Thursday – April 7th 2016 at 9:00 a.m. We will be in need of searchers on foot and ATV. The search Command Post will be at Pavilion #5 in Bear Creek Park. The entrance to the park is on Clay Rd., about one mile east of Hwy. 6. The entrance is at the intersection of Bear Creek Dr. Please dress appropriately for the terrain, and mosquitoes. Teams will be deployed shortly after 9:00 a.m.
4/6 Immediate Search Activation Notice: The Houston Police Dept has requested the immediate help of Texas EquuSearch in the case of Krislyn Gibson and Sidney Taylor. We will be staging at Bear Creek Park in Pavilion #5, Located 1 mile east of Hwy 6 on Clay Rd at Bear Creek Drive. We are in immediate need of foot searchers and ATV’s. Original Post: 35 year-old Sidney Taylor was last seen in Austin, Texas on April 2nd 2016. Sidney was wearing a light-colored (tan) fleece jacket and blue jeans. Sidney’s 2010 Dodge Charger was found abandoned in Houston’s Mid-Town area. Sidney has a thin mustache and several tattoos.
