Long-time Texas EquuSearch members, and side-scan sonar experts Dennis and Tammy Watters have located a submerged vehicle in a retention pond in Delaware County, Ohio that belongs to 25 year-old Tony Luzio; who disappeared on July 4th 2005. The vehicle contained human remains that are believed to be Tony’s, but positive identification must still be confirmed by medical authorities and law enforcement investigators. Not knowing where Tony was, or what happen to him has gnawed at his family for all these years.
Dennis and Tammy’s expertise, dedication, experience, and their relentless, diligent efforts to find Tony might hopefully provide his family with some answers about what happen… and give Tony’s loving family some much-needed solace and closure. We ask that everyone please keep Tony’s family and friend in your thoughts and prayers during this most devastating time in their lives.
Dennis & Tammy Watters and Tim Miller have located several long-time submerged vehicles that contained the remains of a missing persons, and brought some type of closure to the missing person’s family. Finding these vehicles have provided law enforcement investigators with the answers to many questions about what happened to the missing person in the submerged vehicle.

12/08/10 — Dennis and Tammy Watters of Team Watters were in Delaware, OH this week continuing our search efforts for Tony Luzio, Jr. They were able to clear several places of interest. We are planning to return to Ohio after the weather warms up to continue our search.

Tony Luzio, age 25, was last seen at a friends home near Rutherford Rd off Sawmill Parkway in Delaware County in Columbus, Ohio, on July 4, 2005 around 4:00 a.m. and has not been seen or heard from since. Tony was driving a silver 4 dr 2004 Honda Civic, license plate DCA 5615.
