Original Post: 50 year-old Saul Santibanez was last seen in the southwest part of Houston, Texas on April 28th 2021. Saul was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, and blue jeans. Saul has an old scar on the top of his head, and he has a black & gray mustache, goatee and lower-jaw beard. Saul is likely confused and disoriented, and he has a neurological problem that sometimes causes his jaw to make jerking movements.
