UPDATE: We are very happy to announce that 32 year-old Jose Velazquez has been found alive, and he is now receiving medical attention for his multiple car wreck injuries. Though he has multiple serious injuries; they are not thought to be life threatening, and it is thought that he will survive. Jose was badly injured and trapped in the woods for five days without food or water. Thankfully, he has been found alive, and we hope he will now have the opportunity to live another day, and many more years.
The Texas EquuSearch members that were there looking for Jose did a superb job, and you can also be very proud of yourselves. We would also like to recognize and thank Houston Police Department Missing Persons Investigator Danny Do for his quick, professional and diligent efforts to find Jose.

ORIGINAL POST: 32 year-old Jose Velazquez was last seen walking to his vehicle from the 300 block of Main St. in Houston, Texas in the early morning hours of June 26th 2019. Jose was wearing a long sleeved, vertically stripped navy blue & cream-colored shirt, blue jeans and black Nike baseball shoes. Jose’s missing vehicle is described as a white, 2007 4-door, Honda Accord with Texas license plates of VFN537. It is very similar to the one pictured above, and it has a “Chanel” cologne logo on the trunk. Jose has a beard, and a calligraphy styled tattoo of the letter “A” on his lower right arm.
