Original Post: 60 year-old Hector Ruiz was last seen in the western part of Houston, Texas on December 22nd 2020. He had initially been transferred to Houston from a medical facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. The color, type or style of clothing that Hector was wearing is unknown. Hector suffers from seizures, and likely needs medical attention. Hector wears glasses, and he has a long mustache.
