UPDATE: The search for Abigail English is now over. A body thought to be that of Abigail English has been recovered in Southeast Houston. However positive identification must still be made, and confirmed by medical authorities and law enforcement investigators. We ask that everyone please keep Abigail’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers. A special thanks to the volunteers to helped on this search and the people that donated to the effort.

Search Update: The active search for 15 year-old Abigail “Abby” English will begin on Saturday – April 23rd 2016 at 8:30 a.m. We will be in need of searchers on foot and ATVs. The Command Post will be located at the San Jacinto College of Maritime Training Center, located at 3700 Old State Hwy. 146 in La Porte, Texas 77571. The college is about 3/10 of a mile South of Shoreacres Blvd. Please dress appropriately for some thick, brushy terrain and muddy areas. Original post: 15 year-old Abigail English has been missing since March 22rd 2016 in Shoreacres, Texas. Abigail vanished after leaving her home to walk her dog. The dog later returned without its collar and leash, but Abigail has not been seen since. Abigail was last thought to be wearing a black t-shirt, a black hoodie and black jeans. Abigail has short red hair that is shaved on the left side. She also has a pierced nose.
