She was last seen wearing a short green skirt, a blue jean jacket and slippers. She was also carrying a round, crocheted brown bag. Tecla has black hair which is in dreadlocks, but she was last seen wearing a yellow scarf. She has a small mole under her right eye. Tecla is ill and is in desperate need of medication.
