Update to newsletter – The phone rings again – 05/19/09

05/19/09 – A note from Tim:

Just as I stated at the end of the Newsletter yesterday, when I said the phone would ring again to report another missing loved one, it has happened. We got called on another missing person — another missing person report taken. I received that call today from a loved-one that could barely talk through her tears. Her missing loved one was in a boat that capsized in Matagorda Bay. We are leaving this afternoon to try and locate this gentleman so we can bring some sort of closure to his family.

TES Sends out First Newsletter: May, 2009

Texas EquuSearch will be putting out a quarterly newsletter to keep our members more informed of what is happening in the organization. Each newsletter will contain a Search Tip, case summary of a few of our recent cases, special announcements, training schedules and a statement from our Director, Tim Miller. This may be the first newsletter for Texas EquuSearch, but we feel it will progress and keep each member better informed. Whether
your resource is searching on foot, ATV, horse, boat or “Special Operations” … you are a very important part of this organization. And we thank you for you for what you do.
