04/11/09 – Saturday, April 11, 2009 – John David Blattner, age 39, was located deceased at 8:21 this morning by Texas EquuSearch Founder/Director Tim Miller and member Mike Fitzpatrick near Taylor, TX.  The search for John was a large team effort, taking several days and consisting of several dedicated EquuSearch members, the Round Rock Police Department, Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, Taylor Police Department, The Texas Rangers and the FBI.  We wish to thank the wonderful members of all the outstanding law enforcement agencies involved in the search for John.  The investigation into his death continues.  To the family and loved ones of John, you will continue to be in our hearts and prayers in the days ahead as you mourn the loss of your beloved John.

04/09/09 – Texas EquuSearch is actively working with the family of John David Blattner at this time in hopes of bringing him home.  As always, our hearts and our prayers are with John, his family and those who love him.  Please continue to keep him in your prayers.

03/28/09 - John David Blattner was last seen on Saturday – March 28th 2009 about 10:30 p.m. in the Round Rock, Texas area. He was last seen wearing gray sweat pants that had a hole in the right shin area and paint all over them, unknown color T-Shirt, a white Sherwin Williams jacket with a brown collar and brown lace up work boots.

10/28/11 — Friends of T.J. Murray, the 23-year-old Oak Ridge High School graduate and Sam Houston State University student who went missing October 19th, are planning a vigil for him from 6-8:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 29th.  It will be held on the football field at Oak Ridge High School, 27330 Oak Ridge School Road, Conroe, TX 77385.

10/25/11 — Thomas Murray, Jr., age 23, was last seen on October 19, 2011 at around 12:30 a.m. on Sawdust Road in Spring, TX.  Thomas was last seen wearing a black ball cap, dark colored shirt and black & white swim shorts.  He has scars on both knees. 09/24/11 — We have an immediate search for a 79 year-old woman and her 31 year old son who is mentally and physically handicapped — he has a prostetic leg. The address to report is 1376 Magnolia Ridge Park, Woodville, TX. 75979. Lettie Fisher, age 79, is 5’5″, 175 lbs., and was last seen wearing slacks and rubber boots eyes brown, grey hair  brown shoulder length wig. John M. Fisher Jr,  age 31, is 5’7″, and weighs 300 lbs. He has a prosthetic left leg (above the knee), brown eyes, short black hair, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and grey rubber boots, size 11. Both require medications.

09/02/11 — The search for William DiSilvestro will begin on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. This search is being conducted simultaneously with the search for Katelyn Markham. The Command Center will be located at the Fairfield West Baptist Church, 5345 Muskoph Road, Fairfield, OH. Please dress appropriately for searching (long pants, long-sleeve shirt, etc), bring your own sack lunch and enough water to sustain you for an entire day. Must be 18 years of age to participate – no children will be allowed at the Command Center. Additionally, please bring a photo identification.

09/02/11 — William DiSilvestro, age 28, was last seen on February 7, 2011 around midnight in Hamilton, OH. He was last seen wearing a red coat, jeans, dark sweatshirt and black or white tennis shorts. He has multiple scars and tattoos. The Annex is on the southbound feeder road of Hwy. 59, and about one mile south of FM 1485. Park in the rear of the Annex — we will be set up in the parking lot. We will be in need of searchers on foot & ATV. Please bring your own lunch, snacks and water. Dress appropriately for the high temperatures we have been experiencing. Virgilo has multiple medical issues, and is in need of immediate medical attention. 08/30/11 — Virgilio Kison, age 73, was last seen on August 21, 2011 at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Pine Shadows Lane in Porter, TX.  He was last seen wearing a white short-sleeve button-up shirt with gray design, brown slacks and black shoes.  Mr. Kison suffers from various medical conditions which require medication.  If you have any information, please call the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at (936) 760-5876 or Texas EquuSearch at (281) 309-9500.

07/24/11 — Derrale Howard, age 25, was last heard from by his family on or about March 10, 2011. Derrale traveled to Ft. Lauderdale, FL during spring break, and possibly remained in the area. 07/14/11 — The funeral arrangements have been made for Matthew Arzate, as follows: Visitation — Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Mission Park North Funeral Home, 3401 Cherry Ridge, San Antonio TX 78230, between 1:00 p.m. and 9 p.m., with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2011 — Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 700 Dewhurst, San Antonio TX 78213. Inerment to follow at First Memorial Cemetery in Von Ormy, TX.

07/12/11 — It is with heavy hearts that we report the body of Matthew Arzate has been recovered. We want to give a special thank you to Dennis and Tammy Watters of Team Watters, our sonar experts, who located and recovered Matthew’s body. This search was a very difficult one due to the extreme heat and the conditions of Canyon Lake. We would like to thank The Texas Parks & Wildlife, Corp. of Engineers, Comal County Sheriff’s Office, New Braunfels Fire Department Dive Team, the SMART Dive Team and the Texas EquuSearch volunteers who worked so diligently on the search. A special thank you goes to Texas EquuSearch volunteer Paulie Kovach who was on the search from the very beginning. The gate keepers were wonderful to all of our volunteers, and the Canyon Lake community treated the family very well.

07/07/11 — We are still continuing our search for the body of Matthew Arzate. Our team has been on the water from dawn until dusk since June 27th Please say a prayer for our seaarchers, who have been enduring extreme heat on this search.
