FOR BRIEFING. We have an urgent need for all foot searchers only (TES Members Only), to help in the search. The Command Center is located at 11 CR 2901, Cleveland, Texas.

Directions to the Command Center are as follows:

Take Highway 321 out of Dayton. Turn east on Highway 105 at the traffic signal. Go approximately 2 miles and you will come to CR 2518, which has a 4-way stop. Turn left and go 200 yards to first CR on your right – that will be CR 2252. Turn right and travel 7.1 miles to Command Center, which is set up at No. 11 CR 2901.

Alternate Directions:

For those of you that might be coming from a different area, I am providing you with some alternate directions to the search for 2 year-old Devin Davis. My directions are only approximate, but they should easily get you there without getting lost – or driving an un-necessary distance.

Travel on Hwy. 59 towards Cleveland, Texas. Take the FM #105 (W. Southline St.) exit and go east for about 3/10 of a mile and turn left on FM 573 (S. Washington Ave.) and go about ½ mile until you come to FM 105 / FM 321 (E. Houston St.). I think there is a Walgreens Pharmacy at the intersection. Turn right (east) on to FM 105 / FM321 and travel on it for about 6 miles until you come to a three-way intersection (w/traffic light) and a Valero station on you left. Turn left (east) at light (FM 105) and follow the road for about 2 ¾ miles until you come to a four-way stop at FM 2518. Turn left (north) on FM 2518 and go about 300 yards until you get to the first roadway on your right (FM 2252 / Davis–Hill Rd. Turn right (east) and go about 7 miles until you come to the police check point. Tell the police that you have been instructed to come there by Texas EquuSearch, and they will direct you to our check-in desk.

Time is crucial in finding this 2 year-old child, so if possible, please come to this search and help us find Devon. Thank you for your help.

03/28/12 — Texas EquuSearch is en route with their sonar equipment to assist Liberty County officials in the search for 2 1/2 year old toddler, Devon Davis, who was discovered missing Tuesday afternoon.  An Amber Alert has been issued for Devon Davis, who was last seen inside his family’s home in Sam Houston Lakes Estates around 3:30 p.m. When the mother awoke and could not find the boy, she alerted authorities. Devon has red hair, blue eyes, stands 2½ feet tall and weighs 30 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red and gray jersey T-shirt, jeans and was not wearing shoes. Liberty County authorities are concerned that the child may have been abducted or may have wandered away. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office at (936) 336-4500, extension 0, or Texas EquuSearch at (281) 309-9500.

03/28/13 — Devon Davis, age 2 ½, was last seen on March 27, 2012 in the afternoon. He went missing from his home in Cleveland, TX. Devon was last seen wearing a red and gray jersey t-shirt, jeans and Spiderman sneakers. 02/27/12 — Brent Blum, age 52, was last seen on February 19, 2912 at around 9:45 a.m. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black steel-toe Dock Martin boots and maybe a hoodie. 10/08/11 — The search for 83 year-old Lillian High is being re-activated on Sunday – October 9th 2011 @ 8:30 a.m. Our Command Post will be located in the parking lot of Almeda Mall, located on the 12000 Gulf Freeway @ Almeda-Genoa in Houston,Texas 77075. We will be in need of many volunteers to conduct a successful wide-area, windshield search and locate Lillian’s vehicle. However, you should dress in long pants, and other appropriate clothing & footwear in case we need to start an immediate physical search. 10/04/11 — Lillian High, age 83, was last seen on October 2, 2011 at around 7:00 p.m. near her home located in the South Houston area near Edgebrook and I-45 South. She was driving a 2011 Black 4-Door Dodge Avenger, Plate No. CD6 J492. Lillian was last seen wearing black shorts with a blue collared shirt with a Chase Bank logo. Lillian does wear glasses. 01/16/12 — Texas EquuSearch sent a sonar team to Dallas, TX this morning to assist the Dallas Police Department in locating Nick Ibarra. Please keep Nick’s family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time.

01/16/12 — Nick Ibarra, age 24, was last seen on January 9, 2012 at around 3:00 p.m. in the Trinity River near Colorado and I-35 in Dallas, TX.  Nick was last seen wearing dark jeans and a hoody sweat shirt.  He has a star tattoo on his neck, along with many more. November 15, 2008 – Brandon Scott Rosales, age 23, was last seen in Bryan, Texas at around 3:00 am, Saturday morning. He was wearing a Dark pair of denim jeans, a black long sleeved shirt under a black t-shirt with gold lettering, and black shoes. At around 5:00 am, Brandon’s ’95 Chevy, Tahoe was found in a cotton field, burned. Family members contacted local authorities to submit a missing persons report later that morning. Around 9:00 pm on the 15th, a report was taken by authorities, as foul play was suspected.

November 16th – Around 10:00 am, Sunday morning, the family was interviewed by KBTX, a local TV station. Texas EquuSearch was contacted later in the day and search efforts were initiated. KBTX ran the story for several days to help gain public support.

November 18th – Search and Recovery efforts began at 8:00 am, Tuesday morning. In less than 48 hours, Texas EquuSearch had coordinated a search and recovery mission. The public support was tremendous, as over 100 people joined in the search. By 9:00 am, teams had been split up to cover different areas, and the search was underway. At around 1:30 pm, Brandon’s body was found by Texas EquuSearch team members, just a few miles from where his truck was found burned. The families worst nightmare was confirmed. Brandon’s body was sent to Dallas later that day so an autopsy could be performed.

November 21st – Autopsy results were released to the family and media.

November 25th – A Rosary was held for Brandon on Tuesday at Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan, Texas. Visitation lasted from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Rosary was recited at 7:00 pm. Family and friends gathered in commemoration of Brandon and the “Shine” he left behind.

November 26th – Services were held at 11 am on Wednesday at St. Teresa Catholic Church, also in Bryan, Texas. Burial followed at the Bryan City Cemetery. “R.I.P. Brandon”

***Efforts are still underway to find those responsible for Brandon’s untimely death. Local Law Enforcement, Texas Rangers, and County Officials are working together to find the individual(s) who took Brandon’s life. At a later date, all the details of this case, including autopsy results, will be updated on a memorial web site that was set up for Brandon and his family. We want to be respectful of the law enforcement officials currently investigating this crime, and want to allow them enough time to do their part in bringing those responsible to justice. Brandon’s family would like to personally thank Texas EquuSearch and all the volunteers who helped in recovering Brandon. The efforts of each individual will always be remembered. God Bless all or you for your generosity, time and sacrifice. In times of tragedy we are all tested to our very core, but by the grace of God we will all get through them. It’s the promise of our Lord and Savior, through family and friends, that we will find comfort and strength to remember Brandon and all the others who were taken from us too soon.

12/24/11 — Aliahna Marie Lemmon, age 9, was last seen on December 23, 2011 around 9:00 a.m. She was in the vicinity of Clinton Avenue in Fort Wayne, IN. Aliahna will also answer to the names “Ailey” and “Ana.” She has freckles on her face and a birthmark on her neck. Aliahna was last seen wearing a blue and black plaid coat with fur around the hood, a silver and white sweater dress with white tights, and black shoes with bows. 12/20/11 — We are very sad to report that the body of Justin Claus has been located and recovered. We want to thank all of the Texas EquuSearch volunteers who aided in this search, along with the Montgomery County Constable’s Dive Team. Additionally, we want to express a special thank you to Dennis and Tammy Watters who drove from Illinois yesterday to assist with the search. Our Marine Sonic sonar equipment once again enabled us to locate another drowning victim. Please keep Justin’s family and friends in your prayers during their time of grief. This holiday season is going to be especially difficult for them. Thank you so much.
